30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Flawless Fire jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition and packaging, including any certificates (GRA/IGI) and gift boxes.
- Custom, engraved, or resized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Email us at allsealsolution@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
